ORBIT V CNC uPVC Corner and Surface Cleaning Machine is a high-performance automatic uPVC corner and surface cleaning machine designed to efficiently remove welding burrs from plastic profiles after the welding process. Engineered for speed, accuracy, and surface quality, it cleans the lower, upper, inner, and outer surfaces of profiles in a single automated cycle, delivering a flawless finish with minimal operator intervention.

Equipped with two independent cleaning units and 11 automatic profile cleaning blades, the ORBIT-V ensures fast and consistent burr removal across all profile surfaces. With a profile memory capacity of up to 1,000 pieces and operator-adjustable axial speeds, the machine adapts easily to different profile types while significantly reducing setup time and improving workflow efficiency.

Built to handle a wide range of profiles, the ORBIT-V processes frame dimensions starting from 350 × 400 mm, with profile heights from 25 to 200 mm and widths from 30 to 150 mm. Its advanced cutting and cleaning system includes external surface cleaning saw blades, high-speed milling cutters, and dedicated cleaning blades, enabling precise cleaning of corners, cord housing areas, and profile surfaces.

Operational reliability is enhanced with integrated features such as a profile support unit, profile control system, and automatic profile height and width measuring sensors, ensuring accurate positioning and repeatable results. Powered by a robust 10 kW electrical system and supported by dependable pneumatic operation (6–8 bar air pressure), the ORBIT-V delivers powerful, automated cleaning performance—setting the standard for high-quality uPVC profile finishing.
