GARNET 5X CNC MACHINING CENTER is a high-performance 5-axis CNC profile machining center engineered to deliver unmatched flexibility, power, and precision for processing aluminium, PVC, light alloys, and steel profiles of virtually any size. Equipped with a fully articulating spindle capable of continuous 360° rotation on the C-axis and 0° to 180° movement on the A-axis, the GARNET 5X enables true multi-angle machining making even the most complex, non-standard profiles easy to process in a single setup.
Designed as a versatile all-in-one machining solution, the GARNET 5X performs cutting, drainage channel opening, drilling, marking, notching, and tapping with exceptional accuracy and efficiency. Its large 515 × 370 mm working area, combined with expandable machining lengths up to 20 meters and beyond, maximizes productivity while minimizing repositioning and setup time.
At the core of the system is a powerful 11 kW spindle motor (upgradeable to 16 kW) with automatic tool replacement, delivering the strength and precision required for demanding applications. A gantry-mounted automatic umbrella-type tool magazine with 20+1 tool capacity enables rapid tool changes, significantly reducing cycle times during multi-operation workflows. High-speed axis movements further enhance efficiency, allowing continuous, high-output production.
To reduce operator workload and ensure consistent accuracy, the GARNET 5X features a servo-controlled automatic clamp positioning system, adaptable to both standard and non-standard profiles with on-demand optimization of clamp number and placement. An optional automatic lubrication system maintains transmission components and axes, extending service life and preserving long-term precision. With advanced safety features, a fully enclosed processing cabinet, and intelligent automation throughout, the GARNET 5X delivers maximum machining freedom where productivity is limited only by the user’s imagination.
