ALCOR I CNC Controlled Profile Cutting Center
ALCOR I CNC Controlled Profile Cutting Center is a high-performance 5-servo-axis CNC profile cutting center engineered for fast, accurate cutting of aluminium, uPVC, and light alloy profiles. Designed to deliver reliable productivity with minimal setup time, it provides a powerful and efficient solution for modern profile cutting operations.
At the heart of the machine is a robust Ø 550 mm saw blade cutting unit capable of cutting at any angle between 30° and 150°, offering exceptional flexibility for a wide range of profile geometries. Precision servo control ensures smooth, repeatable angle positioning, delivering clean and accurate cuts across all materials.
Productivity is further enhanced by a high-capacity conveyor system with a feeding capacity of up to 10 profiles, enabling efficient batch processing and continuous operation. The integrated robotized drive system supports profile lengths from 700 mm up to 7,500 mm, reducing manual handling and improving overall workflow efficiency.
The ALCOR–I is equipped with a 15″ touchscreen industrial PC, barcode writing capability, and Softcut cutting optimization software, allowing operators to program jobs quickly and optimize material usage. Data transfer via Ethernet and USB ensures easy integration into automated production environments.
Built for durability and safe operation, the machine features automatic lubrication, a guarded cutting cabin, optional central lubrication and air tank systems, and high-quality FESTO pneumatic components.
