ALCOR II C CNC Machining and Cutting Center is a powerful 8-servo-axis CNC profile machining and cutting center featuring 7 dedicated machining axes for aluminum designed to deliver fast, precise, and highly efficient processing of complex profiles. Engineered as an all-in-one solution, it performs cutting, milling, drain channel opening, punching, marking, and a wide range of non-standard operations within a single automated platform.
At the core of the system are 7 fan-cooled spindle motors that can be positioned at various angles, enabling simultaneous machining on four surfaces of the profile. These independently operating units allow multiple processes to run in parallel, significantly reducing cycle times while maintaining consistent accuracy and surface quality.
Productivity is further enhanced by a high-capacity conveyor system capable of handling up to 10 profiles simultaneously, making batch processing fast and efficient. The integrated Ø 550 mm saw blade cutting unit delivers a wide cutting range between 30° and 150°, providing flexibility for diverse profile geometries and applications.
Material handling and automation are seamlessly integrated with a robotized loading system supporting profile lengths up to 7,500 mm, while advanced servo positioning ensures smooth and precise motion across all axes. A 15″ touchscreen industrial PC, barcode integration, CAM compatibility, and remote data transfer via Ethernet and USB simplify operation and integration into modern production lines.
Designed for durability and long-term precision, the ALCOR–II C features automatic lubrication, a protected machining cabinet, optional chip discharge and profile rotation systems, and high-quality FESTO pneumatic components. Combining intelligent automation, multi-surface machining, and high throughput, the ALCOR–II C delivers exceptional performance for demanding aluminum and PVC profile processing environments.
