ALCOR IV CNC Machining 4 Axis Cutting Center is an advanced 11-servo-axis CNC profile machining and cutting center designed for fast, precise, and efficient processing of wide aluminium and PVC profiles. Engineered to maximize productivity, it combines cutting, surface treatment, and notching operations into a single automated platform delivering high output in minimal cycle time.
At the heart of the ALCOR-IV are 8 fan-cooled spindle motors capable of operating at multiple angles, enabling simultaneous machining on four surfaces of the profile. These independently operating spindles allow parallel processing, dramatically increasing throughput while maintaining consistent quality. The machine can be configured with up to 14 spindle slots, offering flexible customization to meet specific production requirements.
The integrated Ø 550 mm saw blade, featuring 4-axis movement, enables precise cutting and end-milling at any angle between 0° and 180°, while processing profiles up to 300 mm wide and 180 mm high. High-speed servo positioning across all axes ensures smooth, accurate motion and repeatable cutting performance even for complex geometries.
Material handling is fully automated with a robotized loading and unloading system supporting up to four profiles simultaneously and profile lengths up to 8,000 mm. A 15″ touchscreen industrial PC, barcode integration, CAM compatibility, and Ethernet/USB data transfer allow seamless integration into modern production environments.
Designed for long-term reliability and precision, the ALCOR-IV includes automatic lubrication systems, a guarded machining cabin, optional chip discharge and air tank systems, and premium FESTO pneumatic components.
