ALCOR V CNC Machining 4 Axis Cutting Center is a powerful 12-servo-axis CNC profile machining and cutting center engineered to deliver maximum efficiency, flexibility, and precision for processing wide aluminium and PVC profiles. Designed for high-output industrial production, it combines cutting, surface treatment, and end-milling operations into a single, fully automated system dramatically reducing cycle times and handling requirements.
At the core of the ALCOR-V are 8 fan-cooled spindle motors capable of operating at multiple angles, enabling simultaneous machining on four surfaces of the profile. These independently operating units allow multiple processes to run in parallel, maximizing throughput and ensuring optimal productivity. The system can be configured with up to 14 spindle slots, providing unmatched customization before delivery.
The integrated 550 mm diameter saw blade, featuring advanced 5-axis movement, performs cutting and end-milling at any angle between 0° and 180°, while handling profiles up to 300 mm wide. Combined with high-speed axis movements and precise servo control, the cutting unit delivers clean, accurate results even on complex geometries.
Material handling is fully optimized through a robotized loading and unloading system with a 4-profile feeding capacity, supporting profile lengths up to 8,000 mm. A 15″ touchscreen industrial PC, barcode integration, CAM compatibility, and remote data transfer ensure seamless operation and easy integration into modern production lines.
