APEX I MULTI Corner Crimping Machine is a powerful automatic hydraulic aluminium corner crimping machine designed for precise and reliable corner crimping of aluminium profiles, especially wide and high sections. Featuring a rising miter system, it ensures accurate alignment and strong corner joints while simplifying profile handling and setup.
Built with a high-pressure–resistant steel plate construction and a robust hydraulic operating system, the APEX–I MULTI delivers stable, consistent crimping performance in demanding production environments. Automatic profile centering with miters and convenient profile rotation via the up/down movement of the centering miter reduce operator effort and help eliminate alignment errors.
The machine allows easy adjustment of crimping blade distances according to profile geometry, ensuring optimal force distribution and clean results. Supplied with 8 mm, 5 mm, and 3 mm crimping blade sets (each with four blades), it offers exceptional flexibility to accommodate a wide range of aluminum profile designs. Left and right profile supports further enhance stability during the crimping process.
