APEX II Double Head Corner Crimping Machine is a robust automatic hydraulic double head aluminium corner crimping machine designed to deliver strong, precise, and consistent corner joints for aluminum profiles. Engineered for reliability and efficiency, it combines manual metering precision with the power of a hydraulic system, providing fast setup and dependable crimping performance in demanding production environments.
At the core of the APEX–II is a double-stage hydraulic pressure system that minimizes operator error while ensuring uniform and high-quality corner binding. This intelligent pressure control delivers optimal force throughout the crimping process, producing clean, secure joints with excellent structural integrity.
The machine supports a wide range of profile sizes, processing lengths from 495 mm up to 3,500 mm and profile heights up to 150 mm. Equipped with interchangeable 5 mm and 7 mm crimping blade sets, each consisting of four blades with a 40 mm travel distance, it offers flexibility to accommodate various aluminum profile designs and custom applications.
Operational stability is enhanced with left and right profile support units, while optional custom crimping blade sets allow further adaptation to specialized profiles. Powered by a reliable hydraulic system operating at 150 bar, combined with efficient pneumatic support (6–8 bar air pressure), the APEX–II delivers powerful, accurate, and repeatable crimping making it an ideal solution for high-quality aluminum corner assembly.
