GARNET MINI 3 Axis NC Compact Processing Center is a high-performance 3-axis NC compact processing center designed for efficient machining on three surfaces of aluminium and plastic profiles. Engineered for versatility and ease of use, it performs essential operations such as lock, handle, hinge, latch slot, and opening processes using intelligent parametric program templates, making it ideal for small to medium production environments.
Equipped with an intuitive 10″ touchscreen control unit, the GARNET Mini offers a user-friendly programming interface that simplifies setup and operation. Independent spindle motors allow simultaneous machining on three different surfaces, while laser marking and right-left profile gauges ensure fast, accurate profile positioning and repeatable results.
Precision and stability are enhanced through horizontal and vertical pneumatic clamps, securely holding profiles during processing. The machine includes a cooling system, servo-controlled profile support, and multiple milling cutters, with standard support for 5, 6, 8, and 10 mm tools, providing flexibility across a wide range of applications. An optional 45° water slot further expands processing capability.
