GEMINI V I 600mm Double Mitre Saw is a fully automated double head front blade saw equipped with powerful Ø 600 mm saw blades and 3-axis servo control, engineered for fast, accurate cutting of aluminium and uPVC profiles across a wide range of angles and thicknesses. Designed to handle wider and longer profiles, it delivers exceptional precision and productivity in high-volume production environments.

Featuring servo-controlled rapid positioning, the GEMINI–VI automatically adjusts both saw heads to any angle between –22.5° and +45°, ensuring fast setup times and repeatable cutting accuracy. Its double-head configuration enables simultaneous cutting of profiles from 480 mm up to 5,050 mm, while removing limitations on processing longer profiles making it ideal for large-scale and custom applications.

Cut quality and operational safety are enhanced through horizontal and vertical pneumatic clamps, intermediate profile supports, and fully enclosed cutting zone protection covers. Advanced features such as hydro-pneumatic cutting feed adjustment, spray saw blade cooling, and digital control of saw blade travel distance and speed ensure clean, consistent cuts with minimal material waste.

The 10″ touchscreen control panel, barcode writing capability, and data transfer via Ethernet and USB provide intuitive operation and seamless integration into automated workflows. Optional features including Softcut cutting optimization software, automatic chip extraction, expandable X-axis length, and powder suction compatibility further increase efficiency.
