GEMINI V SA 550mm Double Mitre Saw is a robust double head front blade saw equipped with Ø 550 mm blades, designed for efficient and precise cutting of aluminium and uPVC profiles across a wide range of angles and thicknesses. Combining automatic positioning with semi-automatic angle adjustment, it offers an ideal balance between flexibility, speed, and operator control for diverse production needs.
The machine features hydro-pneumatic rapid angle positioning at preset angles of –22.5°, –45°, 45°, and 90°, while allowing manual positioning for intermediate angles, ensuring precise cutting for both standard and custom applications. Its double-head configuration enables simultaneous cutting of profiles from 480 mm up to 5,050 mm, removing limitations on long-profile processing and boosting productivity.
Cutting quality and safety are enhanced through automatic horizontal and vertical pneumatic clamps, profile support units, and enclosed cutting zone protection covers, ensuring stable material positioning and operator safety. Additional features such as hydro-pneumatic cutting feed adjustment, spray saw blade cooling, and adjustable saw blade travel speed contribute to clean, consistent cutting performance.
The 10″ touchscreen control panel, digital angle display, and optional barcode printing and data transfer via Ethernet and USB support intuitive operation and easy integration into modern workflows. Optional Softcut cutting optimization software, chip drawer, powder suction compatibility, and expandable X-axis length further enhance efficiency.
