LEO R Automatic Saw 550mm Blade is a high-performance automatic front blade saw equipped with a Ø 550 mm saw blade and 2-axis servo control, designed for accurate cutting of aluminium and uPVC profiles across a wide range of angles and thicknesses. Engineered for cutting wider profiles, it delivers consistent, high-quality results with fast setup and minimal operator intervention.
Featuring a servo-driven motion system, the LEO–R provides rapid and automatic angle positioning between –22.5° and +45°, enabling precise cutting for both standard and custom applications. Its advanced positioning accuracy ensures smooth operation and repeatable results, making it ideal for high-efficiency production environments.
Cutting quality and safety are enhanced through horizontal and vertical pneumatic clamps, which securely hold profiles during cutting, along with protective cutting zone covers that safeguard the operator. Additional features such as hydro-pneumatic cutting feed adjustment, spray saw blade cooling, and digitally adjustable saw blade travel distance and speed ensure clean cuts and extended blade life.
The 10″ touchscreen control panel, barcode writing capability, and data transfer via Ethernet and USB provide intuitive operation and seamless integration into automated workflows. Optional Softcut cutting optimization software and a chip vacuum system further increase efficiency.
