LEO X Automatic Radial Saw 550mm Blade is a high-performance automatic radial saw equipped with a Ø 550 mm saw blade and 2-axis servo control, designed for precise cutting of aluminium and uPVC profiles in a wide range of angles and thicknesses. Engineered for cutting wider profiles, it delivers smooth, accurate, and repeatable results in demanding production environments.
Featuring a servo-driven motion system, the LEO-X provides automatic angle positioning between 30° and 90°, allowing fast setup and flawless cutting at all standard and custom angles. Its advanced positioning accuracy ensures consistent cut quality while minimizing setup time and operator intervention.
Safety and cutting quality are prioritized through horizontal and vertical pneumatic clamps, which securely fix the profile during cutting, along with a protective cutting zone cover that enhances operator safety. Additional features such as hydro-pneumatic cutting feed adjustment, spray saw blade cooling, and digitally adjustable saw blade travel distance and speed contribute to clean cuts and extended tool life.
The 10″ touchscreen control panel, barcode writing capability, and data transfer via Ethernet and USB ensure intuitive operation and seamless integration into automated production lines.
