LEOplus Automatic Saw with Robot Profile Drive 550mm Blade is a powerful automatic cutting machine equipped with a 550 mm saw blade, designed for fast, precise cutting of aluminium and PVC profiles across a wide range of angles and thicknesses. Ideal for high-efficiency production environments, it combines advanced automation with exceptional cutting accuracy and safety.
Featuring servo-controlled angular positioning between –22.5° and +45°, LEOplus enables rapid and repeatable angle changes without manual adjustment. A servo-controlled robotized profile loading gripper ensures smooth, accurate material handling, supporting profile lengths of up to 6,500 mm while significantly reducing operator workload and cycle times.
Cut quality and safety are enhanced through horizontal and vertical pneumatic clamps, which securely hold profiles during cutting, and fully enclosed cutting zone protection covers. Additional features such as hydro-pneumatic cutting feed adjustment, spray saw blade cooling, and digital control of saw blade travel distance and speed ensure clean, precise cuts across all materials.
Operator-friendly controls include a 10″ touchscreen interface, barcode writing capability, and data transfer via Ethernet, USB, or remote network connection, allowing seamless integration into modern production lines.
