ORBIT IV SA CNC uPVC Corner and Surface Cleaning Machine is designed for efficient removal of welding burrs formed during the welding of uPVC window rails, doors, frames, and similar profiles joined at 90° angles. Engineered for accuracy and ease of use, it delivers clean, smooth finishes while significantly reducing manual labor.
The machine features two independent cleaning units that effectively clean the bottom, top, and external surfaces of the profile in a single cycle. With a memory capacity of up to 250 profiles, it supports quick job changes and repeatable production. An intuitive touchscreen control panel, paired with Özçelik Makina’s proprietary software, allows fast and simple program entry tailored to each profile.
