SIRIUS Automatic uPVC Welding and Cleaning Line (3 Axis) is an advanced automatic uPVC welding and edge cleaning system engineered to weld and clean all four corners of uPVC profiles simultaneously, delivering superior speed, consistency, and finish quality. Designed to combine welding and cleaning in one continuous process, it significantly reduces cycle times while minimizing operator workload.
Equipped with an automatic frame unloading unit, robot-assisted transfer to the cleaning station, and an automatic profile rotating system, SIRIUS ensures fast, seamless movement of profiles between processes. This intelligent automation maximizes productivity while maintaining precise alignment and repeatable results throughout the workflow.
For exceptional surface quality, SIRIUS features 11 dedicated profile cleaning blades and two independent cleaning units that thoroughly clean the top, bottom, interior, and exterior surfaces of the profile after welding. This multi-surface cleaning capability ensures a flawless finish and eliminates the need for manual touch-ups.
Welding performance is enhanced by a quadruple welding unit with digitally controlled heating, delivering uniform and homogenous heat distribution across all corners. With electronic thermostat temperature control from 0°C to 350°C and adjustable welding time, SIRIUS provides precise control for consistent, high-quality welds.
